As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. first veg. feeding
Hi,
I'm looking to add veg. to her feeding, she's done great with the rice cereal. What's a good veg to start with?

Sweet potato and squash were some of my DS's first veggies. Make sure you get some green veggies in there early on too.
If you are making your own, I recommend the book "Cooking for baby"

We started L on her green veggies first, not sure why other than I was worried if I started her on something sweet she wouldnt eat her peas. Thats just my own crazy though.
