Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

1/11 Accountability

20 minutes on elliptical and 20 minutes of Just Dance 2

breakfast: cinnamon raisin toast, water, vitamin

lunch: turkey sandwich, carrots

snack: cheez its 

dinner: ? J won't be home until after 8 so I don't really know what to do yet

  • Is Subways breakfast any good? I drive by every morning on my way to work, but have yet to stop.

  • Breakfast: 3 veggie sausage patties; banana

    Lunch/Dinner: Pick Up Stix

    Water: 9 cups

  • Workout: 45 minutes spinning class

    Breakfast: Bran muffin, v8 fushion

    Lunch: Butternut squash soup, 10 peanut M&M (I had to count, they have 10 calories each!)

    Dinner: Baked ziti with whole wheat pasta

    Snack: Banana, orange

  • I've been MIA from the accountability posts (and TN in general) because of work, and now that I have more time again I'm slightly ashamed to post, but maybe it'll help.

    Breakfast: Glass of OJ, bowl of Raisin Nut bran

    Late lunch/Early Dinner: Half a Chipotle barbicoa steak burrito and a Coke

    Late Dinner: The other half of the burrito and a Frosty from Wendy's

    No workout, unless you count going up and down stairs for diaper changes.
