Goes to bed earlier: We typically get in bed at the same time, but I watch tv or play on the iPad while he passes out because he gets up an hour before me.
Is a pickier eater: Me. I've gotten so much better with eating more and trying more, but Mike will eat a-ny-thing!
Reads more: He reads more for work, I read more for pleasure.
Budgets: Both. Our budget is super flexible right now, so we set it basically every two weeksish. Once both our paychecks hit we dicuss what we doing.
Pays bills: Mike. He likes to add more to pay down principals, etc so he takes care of that (from our joint account).
Cooks: varies mostly me except in summer he grills a lot

Grocery shops: varies, he manages a food store so sometimes its easier for him to pick up whatever before he comes home + it's annoying going w/ him and getting stopped and asked questions by his employees

Cooks: Mostly me. I menu plan and I like to cook.
Cleans: Mostly me for certain things, but trash and dishes are Oliver's job. We split things like laundry and cat boxes. I do most of the sweeping/mopping/dusting.
Grocery shops: We do that together on Sundays.
Instigates "adult-time": Both equally.
Goes to bed earlier: We got to bed at the same time, but if anyone, it's me. He functions better that I do on little sleep.
Is a pickier eater: Neither! I seriously couldn't be married to a picky eater. I cook and experiment a lot. It annoys me that he doesn't like fennel, lol, but at least that's just one thing. (He doesn't like beets, either, but I'm not their biggest fan.)
Reads more: Me. We both read, he's just slow and tends to fall asleep after a page or two.
Budgets: ME. Oh god, me.
Pays bills: Technically, he pays more bills and more of his paycheck goes towards bills. We're in the process of moving all our bills to our joint account, though. I just tell him how much to put in, then I pretty much oversee everything, although he has complete access and we discuss things.

Pays bills: I write most of the checks. We each have bills we pay individually. So he pays cable, I pay the landline, he pays cell phones, I pay dog walker. We split utilities and the mortgage. i write the checks tell him how much he owes, and he writes me a check.
I do most of the yard work and home improvement stuff, he does all electric and plumbing. He runs the snow thrower, I do the shoveling/detail work. Though I will run it if he's not home.
