As my Christmas gift, my sister is paying for me to get tattoo #5 on Saturday. I am so excited... I love getting tattoos. I've decided I want to get an edelweiss (a flower native to the Alps... my grandmother is from Austria so I thought it fitting) with the word "faith" somewhere incorporated in it.
Between pics #1 and #2, what one do you like best? I have all color tattoos already so I'm worried #1 won't work...
#1- I'd get something similar without the weird lines coming from it...
or
#2- instead of fraulein I'd get 'faith'
And where would you get it? I have a tattoo on my right arm (by the shoulder), a pixie in between my shoulder blades, and two swallows, one on each wrist. I was thinking of getting it on the front side of my wrist... I want it visible, and I don't ever wear shorts or skirts. WWYD?

I actually prefer #1. It looks more like an eldeweiss to me, whereas the flowers in #2 almost look like daisies. And you could always get a flower that looks more like #1, but has color involved...
As for location, I'm having trouble picturing it on the front side of the wrist... hmmmm.... What about somewhere in the neck/very upper back region? Would be visible when your hair is short and when you want it to be, but could also be covered up with longer hair if you ever really wanted it to be.
Or what about on your foot? Is that too hidden? I also like tattoos on forearms (either the 'pinky' side, or on the inside, but up higher) but I'm not sure how that would work with your pretty swallows. 
I like #1 better, and like Merin said you could always add color to it.
As far as location ... I'm not sure I have any more suggestions than Merins. I like foot tattoos though!
