New Years Resolutions must have been abandoned
Because just about all of the food blogs I follow are filling back up with baked goods! After Jan 1, it was all healthy meals -- soups, salads, blah blah blah. And today, so many of them have tons of good looking baked goods. Order has been restored.

Jan 17 is the saddest day of the year b/c holiday bills come due, holiday weight hasn't gone away, it's flipping cold (some places) and you've broken most of your resolutions.
I'm definitely happy to have the baking ideas back!
After looking at Bakerella last night, I am toying with the idea of a banana split cupcake: Banana cake, chocolate ganache, whipped cream (or buttercream) frosting, and strawberry sauce. Yum!
