Sad
One of my friends has a friend who died on Sat at the age of 32 from a very rare form of brain cancer that I guess there are only 20 cases of worldwide or something. She just asked me if I wanted to go to happy hour as his wife needed to get out. I have never met her but offered to make cookies for the funeral as they are in need of food. So sad. I guess he was a very active and healthy guy until this struck.

Yeah, I'm not going. I would like to meet her as I guess she is new to the area but I can't leave Lucie alone, lol!

That is sad. Thoughts to the family. Making cookies is great and hopefully soon you can get together with her or invite her over or something.
Ditto this! It really makes you think about your life (and the lives of your loved ones) when you hear about things like this.
