Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

What the he'll does SMH mean ? I see it on FB all the time ?

Shake my head.
Example: "She actually thought wearing booty shorts and Uggs to class when it's 10 degrees outside was cute. SMH."
I definitley had no idea what that one was!

Honestly though, Joe told me a few months ago what it means. He started using it in his texts and on FB, and I was like, "What the heck does THAT mean?!" I made him clarify before I came up with these bizarre ideas as to what it really COULD mean. :P
