anyone else watch that last night? I can't get enough of the drama in these girls' lives.
I must say though, that I was completely appalled that Janelle left her kid in the bathtub while she left the room to get a towel (or whatever it was). I looked over at H and said "did she really just do that! and on TV!"

Yes!! Janelle's scenes were tough to watch. She and her mom are way too volatile to be around each other for very long.
I miss Caitlynn and Tyler, man. They really were awesome.
Yea, it really makes my heart hurt to watch some of these girls. But I'm hooked!
Janelle- ugh...just too much to say. I am torn about the mom filing for custody. Obviously Janelle is unfit since she has drug (she admitted in 16 and Prego to smoking pot while prego and just recently was arrested on possession charges) and anger problems...but it seems her mother is not trying to find a workable solution, and more instigating these "rage outbursts."
When Corey (Leah's boyfriend) cried, I got a little misty as well. I liked him a lot on his 16 and Prego episode.
Oh geez, Janelle drives me crazy! She needs to learn how to control her anger.
Did anybody else think the brunette (I don't remember her name) seemed like a spoiled brat? It's good she has supportive parents, but it just seems like they are making it way too easy for her. But of course, it's just the first episode, so we'll see.
I got a little misty eyed too when Corey started crying.

I don't watch this season. BUT, I almost threw up a little when I read a story about how much they casts makes. Take Amber Portwood, she made $280,000 last year. She made $280,000 for being a train wreck to her fiance, not fiance, fiance, not fiance and a looney tunes mom to Leah.
I realize Amber isn't season 2 but can we assume that the new cast probably makes around that?
that makes me sick. My question then is, do they just act poor for the tv? I mean Farrah is "oh I got scammed with my car and now I can't pay my rent" and Gary can't afford a place to live etc, etc.
Chelsea did seem like a spoiled brat to me too. Her dad is paying her rent because she wants to move out at 18 becuase she is 18 and I think that is just crazy. If you want a "really nice house to live in with my best friend" then you need to pay for it (and not just by getting your high school degree). I think her dad is setting her up really poorly by giving her whatever she wants just because she wants it.
Jenelle and her mom deserve each other. Jenelle has a piss poor attitude and anger issues, and her mom's refusal to let Jenelle do anything is just sad. They need counseling, not a custody battle.
Chelsea is so pretty. I really thought she lost pretty points on her date with that douche bag. I mean really, what guy is NOT going to check out the game with a TV just above their head? (Yeah yeah, some guys don't like football, blah blah)
I BAWLED when Cory started crying. H looked at me and goes "We are NOT going to watch this anymore if you cry like you did last season!" Bahahaha...
