Third Person Thursday
Shaina was late to work b/c the people at the Starbucks drive through were going way too slow and then the gate on base was backed up. WTF are they going to do when the BRAC finishes and we have even more people trying to get to work?
Shaina hopes her headache stays away today. Shaina's boss called out so she has to go to a VTC by herself probably, unless she can get someone else to come with her.
Shaina is sort of pissed at DH. We have our refinance appraisal and he made it for 9am Saturday. The house is a mess b/c DH "reorganized" this weekend instead of doing what Shaina asked him to do. UGH!
Re: Third Person Thursday
Stacey just choked down a Slimfast for breakfast and thinks she might be getting ready to throw it back up. Blah.
Stacey is pissed at her body because her stupid ovaries won't release the eggs.
Stacey has a very busy spring/summer/early fall coming up and is stressed out already just looking at her calendar.
Stacey would like to get back in her big comfy bed and sleep through the rest of the day.
Shelley then noticed that her right eyelid was swollen. Shelley is going to call her doctor in a few minutes to see if they think she should be seen. The swelling has gone down since she noticed it at 4:30 but it was just as badly swollen at 7:30.
Shelley does not want to work on this capital expense project. She has a few small things she would like to get done instead then go home and take a nap.
Shelley has felt nauseaus all morning and most of yesterday but she believes it is just the excitement of the BFPs and the anxiety of having to call and switch doctors today and explain the whole change in insurace on the same day as getting BFPs.
Summer wants to remind Shelley that if she goes to the doctor she should let them know she's pregnant if they try to give her any medication (even eye drops) so they can prescribe something safe. Summer knows it's easy to forget in the early stages. She had pink eye (gross) at 7 weeks and they had to give her a gel instead of drops.
Summer is not excited about the work she has to do today. Bleh. She is very glad today is her Friday though!! AND (!) she has a 4 day weekend!
Jessica thinks Shelley should stock up on crackers and ginger ale, just in case
Jessica's husband wants to leave for Buffalo tonight, but she doesn't because she's afraid it's going to mess up Kiley's sleeping schedule. Jessica would rather leave early in the morning when KIley wakes up. Plus, Jessica has a lot to do today besides packing.

Don't worry Summer, Shelley told the receptionist when she called and will remind the doctor. Shelley thinks that because she is pregnant is more of why they wanted her to go in this afternoon even though the swelling has gone down.
Shelley had pink eye in 7th grade and remember how awful it was. Shelley is not showing any pink eye symptoms. Shelley thinks she may have had a minor reaction to something.
ETA: Shelley wants to let Puggs know that she plans on picking up lots of crackers and ginger ale. Shelley has a sensitive stomach and is expecting to need lots of crackers and ginger ale.
Per usual Wendy has no clue what to do for lunch.
Wendy hopes Shelley feels better, with the eye and the nausea.
This is usually Summer. She's wondering what to do today because she brought a microwave lunch like she did the other days this week but it left her hungry the other days so she doesn't have high hopes for today. BUT her only other option is McDonalds because she's not driving further than that and it's 2 degrees outside (slight exaggeration)

Wendy is in the same predicament, she was picky before but being knocked up has made it even worse and she really doesn't want McDonalds either but it's closest.
Whitney is stuck in the house for the 4th day in a row. While sleeping in has been great, she is bored. She is supposed to go to work tomorrow and is slightly excited about the distraction. Now she just needs some distractions for the weekend so she can make it until next Wednesday.
Whitney and Ben need to start back up in the gym next week but Whitney is scared it will hurt.
Whitney also needs to get into the routine that she planned on being in on the two days she is off a week but the snow days just messed up all my plans. Onto next week.

Teresa is sorry to here about all the sick people. It is def. not fun to be sick.
Teresa is happy that there is a substantial amount of snow on the ground again. It looks like winter again finally.

Teresa is excited to hang out with our friends this weekend for a friends birthday. His gf is throwing him a surprise party (something he has always wanted), so it should be fun.

Dana hopes Jess feels better.
Dana was looking forward to getting out of work at 1 today and spending extra time with Xander. Xander only took a 45 minute nap today and has been miserable all.freaking.day! We just put him to bed and thankfully he has stopped screaming and hopefully is sleeping!
Dana is looking forward to a 3 day weekend.

Tania's house smells absolutely wonderful from the dinner that is cooking in the crockpot.
Tania is very excited because the guest bedroom downstairs is allllllmost finished. The guys are hanging the closet doors right now and Drew will probably paint them afterwards. That's the last thing that needs to be done before everything gets moved back into the room.
