  • Gallon of gas: I paid $3.27 last week - at the cheapest station I know of.

Gallon of milk: Not sure, we buy by the half gallon and I don't pay attention.

Pound of chicken breast: We don't buy chicken.

Ticket at movie theater: With the caveat that we go to a really nice theater, I think tickets are now $13.50 for off-peak and $16 for peak times.

Parking meter: It used to be $1/hour, Monday-Saturday, 8am to 6pm. NOW in "high traffic" areas the meters run until 8pm or midnight, during the day on Sunday, and are $2/hour. Thankfully they installed machines where you can pay with a card, because no one keeps that many quarters in their car!

  • Gallon of gas:  Right at $2.90 right now for regular unleaded.

Gallon of milk:  Good grief, not really sure.  For 2% milk, maybe right around $3 for the store brand.

Pound of chicken breast:  I buy those frozen ones that come in a bag.  lol  Um, I'd say for like fresh boneless skinless, maybe $3.50/lb, but I am totally just kind of guessing.

Ticket at movie theater:  $8.50 unless we sit in the balcony and then it's $18 I think.

Parking meter:  I don't know.  We only have parking meters downtown, and I try not to park at those because that means I have to parallel park.  lol  Like, when we had to go get our marriage license, we just parked in a parking garage and I think it was $2 for the 1.5 hours we were in there.  I can tell you that a parking spot downtown on a Thunder game night can be upwards of $20 though.
