Cub has their own private label liquor brands. Does anyone know what brand names these are? I've tried searching online with no luck.

Re: Does anyone know Cub's Liquor brand(s)? *UPDATED with list*
Missy, they have separate liquor stores now, usually next door to some of the grocery stores.
See what you miss by moving to the icy tundra??
Yep! A few Cub stores have Cub Liquor attached to them (you have to walk outside of the main grocery store & go in a separate entrance). I know Stillwater & Roseville are two of the Cub Liquor locations.
Cub's private label wine is called Timber something. Timber Creek? Timber Wood? I'm still unsure of what their private label liquors (vodka, rum, etc...) are.
I'm mostly curious because I know that Cub's private label wines & liquors (as well as many of their private label foods) are made by the same places that make brand name products. It's just a different label on the product & it is less expensive. It's still probably the cheaper brand names that are making them but I'm not particular about most of my wine or liquor. Sometimes I prefer the cheap stuff.
Andy bought the Heritage brand of triple sec when I asked him to pick up some for margaritas one time. He said it was the only brand of triple sec available at Cub ... I'm not sure if that's accurate or if he was just being typical Andy and not really looking closely enough. :-)
In any case, it wasn't too bad. I like Cointreau better, but it worked in the margaritas. And it was super cheap, around $5.

Supposedly that's not true ... here's an article from the STrib's Deal Spotter column from not too long ago.
