Did you all hear about this?
I have never really put much stock in my zodiac sign (was Sagittarius) but now apparently I'm not - and for that matter never was - a Sagittarius anymore.
Furthermore, my birthday apparently has two signs (November 23): Libra and Scorpio?!?
I'm so confused!
From the article - here is your "real sign":
Astrology buffs should be using these dates, reflecting where the stars currently are aligned: Capricorn: Jan. 20-Feb. 16. Aquarius: Feb. 16-March 11. Pisces: March 11-April 18. Aries: April 18-May 13. Taurus: May 13-June 21. Gemini: June 21-July 20. Cancer: July 20-Aug. 10. Leo: Aug. 10-Sept. 16. Virgo: Sept. 16-Oct. 30. Libra: Oct. 30-Nov. 23. Scorpio: Nov. 23-29. Ophiuchus:* Nov. 29-Dec. 17. Sagittarius: Dec. 17-Jan. 20.
Anyone else different? And WTF is this "Ophiuchus" sign?!
Re: New Zodiac Signs?
Wow Capricorn shifted a whole month! I used to be on the cusp of Capricorn and Acquarius, bit I'm definitely a Cap.
Never heard of that O sign, is it new?

According to an article I read, it has always been there, but the Babylonian's didn't want a 13th sign (only wanted 12)....
So if my birthday falls on two, which one am I?
No, I hadn't heard of this. How annoying! Why does everything have to change all the time?! First FB profiles and now THIS?!?! LOL. just kidding, I'm not really that dramatic about it but it IS dumb.
I changed to a Gemini from Cancer but I disagree, I've always been very much a Cancer personality. My mom stayed an Aquarius and Campbell became an Aquarius from a Pieces.
ETA: And Nick changed to an Aries from Taurus, that was a big jump (April 28)!October 11, 2008

I always heard there were 13 signs but have never seen anything on it.
I changed from Libra to Virgo. But I am a stereotypical Libra - part of why I think I am an accountant. I also have the Greek symbol for Libra tattooed on my stomach. It's weird that most are a month to a month and a half long while Scorpio is only 6 days.
Something about this doesn't seem right especially since the signs are based on the constellations position in the sky during the year. Scorpio is definitely at peek for more than 6 days.

So, I'm a little late on this, but I was an astrology geek as a kid.
Your zodiac hasn't really changed. The tropical zodiac, which is what most of us westerners adhere to (without knowing there is more than one zodiac), hasn't changed. The "new" sign is part of the sidereal zodiac, which is used more in eastern countries.

Oh thank God! I was having an identity crisis! I am a Sag through and through and I didn't know how to take being changed to TWO different signs! LOL! Thanks for posting this!
That's how I am. I'm a Pisces all the way. I really didn't want to have to be something else. Totally silly, but true.
