T&Ps Needed
I need lots of T&Ps for baby Kennedy to stay in 3ish more weeks! I HAVE to be 37 weeks to deliver at the birth center, and as much as I can't wait to meet her, I'd really rather he be perfectly healthy.
I was really uncomfortable last night and had a horrible back ache. Woke up this morning really crampy. I went in and I'm 2cm dilated. I was sent home with strict instructions to stay off my feet and that if it gets worse they'll send me to the hospital to be monitored for contractions and if I am in fact having them, they'll give me something to stop them. I just REALLY want her to stay put!

What nursing center are you using? I know there are a few in the TB area and have started considering using a midwife and going to a birthing center rather than using my OB at the hospital.

I'm using Labor of Love in Lutz, and they are AMAZING. There are three midwives there (2 FT and 1 PT) and I absolutely adore all of them. They have been wonderful. I started with an OB, and had a horrible experience. The care I've gotten from the midwives could not be any better!
My older sister used Labor or Love in Dunedin 3 times. She had great experiences. 2 water births at their location and one at home! (To me that is crazy...but my sister is a natural hippie!) Anyways, she absolutely loves them!
