Yay for Friday. Seriously. This week has just been weird.
Tonight I predict some low key hanging out. Tomorrow we're going to go hang out with Tim and Shannon and the kiddos to lend a bit of moral support. I added a post at the end of the last one, but the doctors told them they have "no good news", so a relapse is looking more and more likely. Sad panda.
Sunday I'll probably hit the gym and work on the giant pile of laundry that's been building up.
What does everyone have planned for this weekend?

Raynes, I am so sorry that it isn't like there will be any good news. Moral support is the best thing you can do right now.
I have a low key weekend planned, which means I will be hanging aroudn the house doing the typical weekend things. Cleaning, laundry, and finally going through the boys clothes. I may possible run out to a local baby consignment shop as they are having a 40% off sale and I am at the point where I have to start buying clothes for Zach, he is just getting so chubby. I also will take some 6 month pictures with my camera over the weekend. My babies are getting so big.

Luckily tonight we are doing nothing... which means, I'll prob do some laundry and we'll watch one of the netflix movies we've been neglecting in favor of Dexter (which is in the mailbox)...
Tomorrow we have brunch with FIL and SMIL.. they are having BIL, SIL and neice over as well as P's Cousin (the one who recently lost her husband) with her daughter. Then we have to run some errands, then going to my friend's over in jersey bc she's having a party and P still hasn't been to their house. Sun we are seeing FIL and SMIL (AGAIN!) because they are insisting on taking my out for my birthday.... then I'm going to hole up and watch the Red Carpet and Golden Globes bc those are my guilty pleasures....
I hope today flies by!

Morning, all. So happy it's Friday because this week took forever.
Today we're sending off our intern to a new job (yay! and I won't lie--so happy to see the back of her) by going to lunch. The day should be quiet and hopefully goes by quickly. This weekend we're in Boston, visiting my little brother at college. I'm hoping it goes well because, like I said in the confessions thread, I currently have a huge grump of a husband on my hands. But I am looking forward to seeing my brother and meeting his friends.

Raynes, I'm so sorry to hear about Ryley. That is so terrible to hear.
I'm ready for a weekend. The weeks have been long lately.
Last night I got a call from my mom that my sister (who's H is OOT for work right now) had some water issues. My BIL had worked on a pipe in their guest bathroom a week or so ago, but never tested it out after working on it. My sister had her SIL over so that she wouldn't be alone while my BIL was OOT. When her SIL took a shower in the morning they found out that he definitely had not fixed the pipe. The water was pouring out into the wall before it ever got into the shower. From there it went through the ceiling into her kitchen below. She has several ceilings and floors that have been destroyed, as well as a lot of drywall. The insurance adjuster is supposed to be out to her house today. I assume that my weekend will consist of a lot of phone time with her.
Otherwise, I have a bachelorette party to go to tomorrow night and no other big plans for the weekend.
So sorry for Ryley's news, raynes. Continued T&P to their family.
I'm working Saturday and Monday, so no long weekend for me. And we have 15 auditors arriving Monday morning, so I'm crabby about all the work we have to do before they get here. Fortunately my group is awesome, and we all get along very well, so we can rally together.
Sunday will be a long hike and watching football. I think we're going to smoke something delicious too.

kaesha, I'm not sure what the next steps are. I'm sure we'll find out more tomorrow. At the very least, he's got 2 very good bone marrow donor possibilities, if it comes to that.

Seriously, TGIF. The weekend could not come soon enough. Today at work should be busy but not too stressful. I'm determined to get through most of it so that I don't have to work this weekend. Lunch today is the first WW at work meeting. Tonight B and I will just be relaxing. We're determined to clean our office and get some stuff in order, but aside from that it should be fairly low key. Monday we're going to check out new vanities and tile for the bathroom, and then we're meeting with an architect/construction guy to discuss how to fix the leak on our first floor.
Raynes, keeping the little one in my T&Ps. Keep us posted.
I'm supposed to go out with co-workers after work and I just don't feel very social. I'm going to bail, I think.
Saturday, I'm having a GTG with Mandee and Sikes and I am very excited about that. Plus, we are going to one of my very favorite eating establishments. Double yay!
Monday is all-about-me day. After my blood work in the morning, I'm getting a hair cut, lunch, a massage and a pedicure. Then I'm taking a nap. This is the most exciting thing that's happened since the beginning of December.

I was so happy when I realized it was Friday and then I realized our company holiday dinner is tomorrow. Boo. I've planned this thing for months and I don't even want to go.
DH got home from a business trip last night and he's sick. He was sweating and running a fever and freezing all at the same time. I need to nurse him back to health this weekend, since he leaves Monday morning for another trip.

Good luck with the house-hunting ringy. Try not to get too discouraged. We're in the same boat, and it just seems like either nothing screams "this is it!" or it just doesn't work out. I hope something works out soon for you.

This weekend, I need to hit the gym (and hope it doesn't hit me back too hard), and then attack the disgusting amounts of laundry that need to be done. I scored a good movie deal on Groupon, so I'm hoping to maybe catch "Black Swan" at some point too.

This is going to be a low key weekend for us. We don't have plans but there's lots of little things to do around the house and catching up to do on the DVR. Looking forward to it.
I spend this morning running around getting things straightened out for my other temporary part time hospital position. I came home and started cleaning around the house a little and I'll go to the gym this afternoon.
Tomorrow I'm off work and intend on going to the gym and doing nothing else other than going to church in the evening. I think I'm going to ask DH to go for groceries on his own so I can relax all day.
Sunday I work 7-3.

So glad it's Friday finally! I have Monday off for MLK day so I have a 3 day weekend which is awesome. Tonight I'm going to have my daughter meet me downtown so we can continue the hunt for a winter ball dress. The dance is tomorrow so hopefully we find something!
Tomorrow night is DH's work dinner party so we are going to that. Sunday I don't have plans besides watching the Seahawks game then prob just the usual housework/laundry stuff. Monday I plan on sleeping in and after that I have no plans as of yet.

I am psyched for a 3 day weekend. I am going to lay around naked or in my underwear for at least one day. Saturday we're having a packer party at our house to watch the packers kick some ass!
I am drinking...and then going to the movies tonight. AF just showed up, so I am throwing myself a little pity party this evening.
I have a three day weekend though, so my pity party can't last past tonight. We don't have any plans this weekend, so I will probably get in a few decent runs, do a lot of reading, and catch up on the DVR.
