Does anyone have any plans already for their first married valentines?

DH and I have already decided not major gifts...but since we've been together he's totally turned me into a "card person" and I've already been scowering (sp) stores for the perfect card. I always get him two, one serious and one bulldog related. I found an awesome "husband" serious card at Target and now am on the hunt for a bulldog card.

Any cute/inexpensive gift ideas?

I always get Mike a funny pair of boxers and some sweets because dude has a sweet tooth like no one I have ever met.Last year I got him a tshirt that said Love Machine on it..LOL.. he even wears it in public.

A few years ago I made him a scrapbook. This year I might do the same but make it small and all pictures of he and Logan. Its sappy but I cant help it.

Other than that we are kinda lame. We try to do dinner or something just the two of us but I have no idea about this year.

We never do V-day gifts, but this year I'm buying Chris a robe. He's always wanted a hooded robe, but I can never find the right one. Of course now that Christmas is over, they're readily available.

He'll probably make me one of his fabulous gourmet dinners

We are going to the wonderful italian restaurant where Brian proposed to me. It is very romantic and the food is fantastic. As for gifts, no clue yet.

His favorite comedean, Jim Jeffries, will be in New Jersey the friday before V-day. I'm not telling him where we're going until we get there.

Ugh I haven't even thought about Valentines day yet. Last year we went to the Melting Pot (which is my faaaavorite restaurant). But we don't live near one anymore. So we'll have to find some thing else to do. It probably wont be anything crazy though.

We usually don't get each other anything but last year we decided to write down what we love about each other. He made me cry

I think that is one of my favorite gifts he has given to me. I think this year we are going to have a date night since we have been wanting to have one anyway. I think just having a little time just him and me would be special enough.

We decided to not buy gifts for V-Day, but we'll exchange cards and go out for a nice dinner (probably a sweet little Italian restaurant in town). He proposed to me on V-Day last year, so I guess we'll sort of be celebrating that too. :-0

I don't think we'll do gifts this year. If we're both home, we get take out and watch a movie. This year it's on a Monday, and Ross almost always closes on Mondays

So I expect he won't be home until 11:30. Maybe I'll order us something that will keep/can be reheated.

We will be in Jamaica for Valentines day. My birthday is on the 12th and we are planning to do a private dinner on the beach one of the days that we are in Jamaica.

Usually DH get's me flowers and a card.
