What's everyone doing this weekend?
Friday: Going to the 40% Ann Taylor Loft sale to see if they have any cute spring clothes. (I need warm thoughts after this week!), hopefully eating out, laundry
Sat.: Bike ride somewhere (maybe take the mountain bike on the Silver Comet since it will be icy), errands, buy a new DSL modem since ours died over Christmas (and I'm using the old one which won't synch up at full speed w/our ISP)
Sunday: Bike race, grocery shopping, working on some photography stuff after the bike race
Re: Weekend Plans
Haha.. well, I am supposed to be playing tennis on Saturday and Sunday. We will need some serious melting!
Friday night: nothing
Sat: Lunch with DH and SIL. Tennis in the afternoon. Get together at friends to watch the Falcon's game.
Sun: Tennis.
Today: doing a few errands after work, laundry, packing
Tonight: go to store with H to get snacks for the road, finish packing
Saturday: make the long drive home - whoo!
Sunday: late Christmas dinner with IL's and friends
And of course we will have to have Chipotle in the next week since we don't have any here in Augusta.
Have a great weekend everyone!
I'm going to do a little shopping today...I have some basic things to get (toiletries, groceries, etc.) and would like to check out any good sales going on as well. I have to take my watch in to get a new battery and get a link taken out of my new one. Tonight, depending on the roads, we may head back to Ikea to get a desk, chair and maybe a few other things.
Tomorrow we're taking C's car in to get new brakes/oil change/r&b, probably do some work around the house and then date night (not sure what we're doing...probably dinner/movie).
Sunday we'll just relax, probably do a really early dinner/late lunch and then I have to take C to the airport (he's flying to IN for work for a few days).
Today: Cleaning the house. Running errands.
Saturday: Hanging out during the day. Evening - My birthday party!
Sunday: Relaxing!
Tonight - running errands, late night dinner with friends.
Tomorrow - a friend is coming by to do some work on the house (if he doesn't cancel) and then we'll run errands. We'll most likely have our anniversary dinner at Ruth's Chris (thanks to the $80 for $100 gift cards from Costco if they still have them).
Sunday - no plans, but I'm sure we'll come up with something
Monday - may have to work, DH has it off
Today: Work, drinks with some co-workers, quick run to grocery store
Saturday: Work in the morning (making up for what I missed earlier in the week), relaxing around the house for the rest of the day
Sunday: Clean the house, relax for the rest of the day
tonight: dinner with DH, maybe watching a movie or a show from the dvr
tomorrow: not sure during the day, hoping we can hang with some friends and go out tomorrow night, it's been AGES
sunday: i know DH wants to get the bathroom tile demo done, and maybe a movie at the discount theater
monday: no idea, but i know DH is glad he's off!
My Shopping Blog
tonight: Going out. I don't care where. We might go see a movie, but at the least we'll have dinner out. ANYthing but staying inside at home.
tomorrow: more apartment hunting. We have 2 great contenders. I really could not find a TH/Condo that fit our pricing in Vinings. If we look at Sandy Springs, maybe. Then I may do some retail therapy.
Sun: We'll see how Sat pans out. We may still be out looking.
Mon: No plans yet.

I'll rent you my condo!!
I am on the Sandy Springs/Roswell line
Fri - Dinner with my BFF and her new boyfriend and they are extremely super serious right now, like talking moving in together and marriage, which is so very unlike her. Excited to finally meet him.
Sat - Maybe painting the laundry room, while we are animal - free. Dinner with different friends and going to see The Dilemma.
Sun - Who knows?
Mon - Off work. Dentist Appt. Then, I don't know.
We're looking for cheeeeeeeeeeap. We're still paying off debt so we're not paying that much for a place. So I don't want to insult you with the amount we're willing to pay...

Our biggest issue is cost. We can afford more than we're willing to pay. So we're looking for cheaper without being unsafe, kwim?
Smyrna - kinda. More like Smynings. I've found some decent places to check out but we haven't fallen in love anywhere yet. We found this place while driving around so I googled it from the car and said to DH "um... yeah. We cannot afford THAT." He said "ouch, $2000?" and I said "those are COMMAS!"
Mableton - too far.
Powers Ferry - yes/no. Its pricier than we thought it would be unless you head towards Windy Hill and then it starts to go downhill. My BFF's FI lived there until he moved and his building faced the cheaper apartments. He had a sign on his door requesting that they stop trying to kick his door in and that his dog will eat anyone that makes it inside.

It qualifies as Smynings, is affordable, and some of my friends loved it when they lived there.
