What do you usually eat? I am in need of some new ideas. Usually I grab a yogurt, or some fruit but am getting a little bored. :-)

Re: Breakfast
I will not be much help, I usually grab a cereal bar (Special K strawberry) and a Diet Coke and have breakfast on my commute. Super healthy right?
On Sundays we usually make a good breakfast, there just isn't time during the week.
My two stand bys are:
Whole grain toast w/peanut butter and jelly
or
Rice cakes with peanut butter and honey.
I've realized I have to eat some protien in the morning or I don't make it very far! Cereal just doesn't cut it for me.
Our fav weekend breakfast is: 1 piece of whole grain toast with 1 pc american cheese, 2 pieces turkey bacon and scrambled egg whites on top. Mmm!

I'm terrible. Mon-Fri I eat cereal every morning. I love it, and I bring coffee with me to work to drink. The coffee usually keeps me full till about 12.
On the weekends I usually have eggs and toast, or french toast. Something along those lines.

I can't eat first thing in the morning, so I usually make oatmeal at work. Instant isn't the best for you, but it's easy, I can store it in my desk and they sell it in giant packages at Sam's Club!
When I get sick of that I'll do whole grain toast and PB or Lactaid cottage cheese with one of those single-served diced peaches.
I also bring a tumbler of coffee from home almost every day. (Yay for Keurig!)
Eggs and toast if I have time. Sometimes eggs on an english muffin.
Otherwise, I really like to make smoothies: 1 banana, 1/2 cup milk, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 spoonful of peanut butter, about 5 ice cubes. Blend. Done.
