I'm back!
Hi ladies! I've missed you all and the board! I feel like life has been so crazy between finishing the basement, the holidays, Ivan's passing, and then the trip. Yikes. Can I have a moment to catch my breath?
The basement is about 95% done. We don't have any trim around the baseboards or windows. We'll get to it. I'd like to have it done sooner than later so we can just be over it and have our garage back. We love the space though. I'm lazy and haven't taken pictures yet. I'll probably wait until the trim is done.
The vacation was amazing...exactly what we needed. We had beautiful weather, minus some wind the last few days. It was hot, sunny, and gorgeous. I didn't want to leave, but we missed the animals and were ready to get back to work. The wedding went pretty good. It was a little awkward and unorganized, but it was still beautiful. I still have to upload the pictures to FB, and I'll post some on my blog too...if I ever get time.
I feel like I've missed out on so much. Hopefully I'll be able to come play much more often!
