WW Ladies - Questions

Okay. I'm doing this thing.

I've been reading up on it online and I just want to make sure I'm getting this straight. If I sign up for the meetings, the eTools are included, yes? Whereas the "online" membership is just the eTools? Or do I have to subscribe to both?

And what *are* the eTools? I'm not just paying for another calorie counter am I?

Also, any recommendations on a north/central meeting?

Re: WW Ladies - Questions

  • Congrats on your decision!! I go to meetings south and have a monthly pass that includes etools. I think if you pay weekly etools are not included. But I could be wrong. The etools is a great tool! I love the recipe builder ( take your recipes and input to find out their plus points value). I also use the iPhone app and it makes it easier to keep up with my points through the day. The WW website has great recipes and skinnytaste.com as well. Just take it one day at a time. Because it can be overwhelming but it does get easier.

  • I believe risa is correct. Etools is included if you do the monthly pass but not if you pay week to week. It's cheaper to do the monthly pass.
  • I do the monthly pass and get the eTools and don't know about the other options. I do like eTools a lot, though. I use it probably 3-4 times a day. There are great recipes and ideas and you can track points, fitness, etc. on it. I would do it just for the recipes - I haven't had one I didn't like and they are mostly pretty easy.

  • Ditto what everyone else has said. If you're planning on going to meetings, then the monthly pass is the best way to go. It saves you money, and you get access to all of the online tools and features.

I go to the Pflugerville meetings on Monday night and really like the leader, Debbie. They start at 6:00.

  • Thanks everyone! I signed up for the monthly pass, so the eTools are included and I'll check out meetings throughout the week. Thanks for all the advice!

  • I'm pretty sure my meeting leader (Jamie) does a meeting at the Central Market on N. Lamar. I like her!
