I've been failing to check The Nest regularly but I saw your posts on here and just wanted to say:
Congratulations to CarFar!! Very exciting and I hope you'll keep us updating on your journey! Lots of dust to you that it goes smoothly and quickly! You will truly make incredible parents 
Passanie, your house looks gorgeous! I absolutely LOVE and curb appeal and backyard and even the all-white kitchen has good bones and looks like it will just take a little bit of color infusion and style from you to look amazing. I hope that when we buy a home we are as lucky as you are! Congrats on being homeowners!
