So I have morning sickness
At least I think I do. Last time around I had nothing...only symptom was bigger/sore boobs. Thursday I started not feeling fantastic, but I thought it was because I had been up all night with a very sick DoggieCrushing. Friday I still didn't feel well....just sort of nauseous and tired. Yesterday was the same. This morning I woke up to let the dog out, and promptly threw up. Now I just feel hot and nauseous. I am going to take this as a good sign though!
Re: So I have morning sickness
Yay! I was always delighted in my early pregnancy symptoms. Maybe your kiddo will go easy on you like mine did and get over the making you puke thing in another week or so.
Thanks! Ha ha ha. I felt much better once we ate.
I had no idea either. But I hope it is a good sign that BabyCrushing is developing on track.
I can't really say I'm sorry you're feeling quesy since it's for such a good reason, I'll just hope that baby is kind to you like Punky said.
And when do I finally get to meet you, by the way?!?!
Eat small meals every couple hours instead of a few big ones. I had m/s most of my 1st and 3rd tris.
It is for a good reason, and I really do welcome it.
We will have to make plans!
Thanks! Picked up some saltines and ginger ale today.
tips:
1 - keep crackers on your nightstand to nibble before ever getting out of bed.
2 - have mini-meals or snacks throughout the day (i liked pita chips, nuts, pretzels, and cinnamon goldfish).
3 - gingerale (i liked the raspberry gingerale sometimes, it was a nice change)
4 - find the foods that work for you and stick to them for awhile even if they seem boring or bland ... your interest in flavor will eventually return (i lived on chicken, rice, and potatoes for a few weeks/ months because it was all that didnt make me feel nauseous)
I've heard the candied ginger thing too!
