A short time ago you posted a recipe for some sort of sweet & spicy chipotle chicken w/ sweet potatoes, or something to that effect. I know the blog it was from had something with "pink" in the name. I saved it, but I think it's saved on my work PC. If you have any clue what I'm talking about, can you repost it please?

Here you go! We actually just made this a few nights ago and didn't really like it. The chicken was surprisingly bland and the potatoes just tasted like cumin...disappointing! Maybe you'll have better luck!
