I started my Couch to 5K today...finally. My ears hurt from the cold and I nearly slipped as there is still a lot of ice in my neighborhood that isn't really detected when you are in the car.

Good morning! At this rate, I am going to get back to the gym by the time most of the NY resolutioners are leaving! If I could call sick into work today, I would have. Stupid cold. Too bad DH doesn't have work off today.
