As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Mornin'

It was a good morning because I'm off, but then I called the doctors office and got my head bit off.

I was returning a call from the nurse...there are no options on their automated system for "if you need to talk to a nurse/returning a call from a nurse"  So I pressed 0 for the operator and the lady that answered my phone said "for future reference you press 1 for this stuff...there is no one who sits at the operators desk waiting for your call"  Umm.....it's it the operators job to direct calls?????  Then she told me that nurse wasn't in today.......ok well don't you have any others who can give me the results of my labs....it just ruined my morning.

  • How rude of the operator! She's just jealous that you get today off :o) I hope your day turns around!

     Today is already in 'Blah Mode' for me. I don't really want to do anything, but I know I need to (like clean, work on my readings, possibly go ride . .) 

    This weekend was awesome though, just wanted to share. I finally got to see my brother and niece (both whom I haven't seen since she was born 2.5 years ago) due to him being stationed in Texas and was in Iraq for a year.  He's being deployed to Korea next month for another year, but it was still awesome to see them! :o)

  • Morning!  I'm sorry that lady was so rude!  I would honestly tell the nurse when you call back about that!  There's no reason for her to be that rude, and honestly she should be reprimanded for that!  I had a teller at a bank that was like that once (though her actions were a *little* worse), so I called customer service and filed a complaint and informed them I would be removing my accounts from this bank b/c of that (though I was already in the process of changing banks, but they didn't need to know that!).
