As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Alright we missed Sunday Weigh in...
So how about Monday weigh in?
I had my first weigh in since starting ww again. I lost 4.2 lbs. Woo hoo! Hopefully I can keep it up. I love the new points plus program!

I think Mondays in general works better for me...I'm usually snoozing on Sundays! (Yesterday I was busy cheering on the Bears!!!!!!!!!! Yay!)
I'm down 2.3 from last time I weighed myself
...but I'm never really sure if that's just b/c my body fluxuates or if it's really a "weightloss".
But I did get to the gym 3 times last week, which is better than my usual 2!

sorry I didn't start the thread...been dealing with hubby's heart problems. I was down 2.7 lbs.
