exercise: 30 minutes of elliptical and 30 minutes of Just Dance
I don't know if anyone else has Just Dance 2, but I actually really like it for working out. It has a sweat mode that counts sweat points. (I may have said this all before, but wanted to put it out there again.) Those sweat points translate to 1 calorie for every 4.2 sweat points. They chart it and you can pick different programs for the level of activity you want to do. Plus it is actually fun. Just wanted to throw that out there.
breakfast: toast, water, vitamin
lunch: nasty-ass Lean Cuisine
snack: a couple cheese its
afternoon exercise: 20 minutes more on the elliptical and 45 minutes of Just Dance
dinner: lasagna and garlic bread
