Don't laugh
I am in need of a sleep mask that blocks out light. No matter how dark I try to make our room, with the snow outside it just isn't dark enough. My sleep is starting to suffer bc I am waking up a lot. Anyone have a recommendation? (other than a nursing home!)

Laugh? Not here sister- I've used one for a few years now and it makes me sleep so much better. I just have one from Bed Bath and Beyond, it's satin with an adjustable velcro strap. I never tried one until I had to travel to Finland for work in the summer- and it never really gets 100% dark there for a couple of weeks during the summer. I got so used to it that I use one all the time now and miss it when I don't.
I use one all the time!
A got me mine that says..."sleeping princess" LOL... however, i have seen them at Target, Bath and Body Works and even Walmart.
