Anyone have a great recipe ? I used Ina Gartens recipe, and she's never let me down before, Maybe I just over cooked ? They came out ok, but are Kinda egg-y for my taste. I like My lemon bars to taste like lemon curdand these tasted more like lemon custard, and weren't very moist.

I've made this recipe three times. I think there's something amiss with my current oven, but the first time I made it (old apt), they were fabulous. GL!

No worries my dear. We have more lemons than we know what to do with! I am happy to share. If you find a great recipe though, do share that!
This recipe is pretty divine. It uses meyer lemons, so you'll have to adjust the sugar up but besides that I love it. I generally skip the powdered sugar on top.

I always loved lemon bars when I was at a little bakery/coffee shop, but they're like $3 each so were for sure a treat...then I tried this recipe and found out how EASY they are to make! No more buying them for me!
The lemons I gave her ARE Meyers so this would work well I think without increasing the sugar? I might have to try these too!
These are the ones that I make all the time and they are delicious.
