Well, in the last two weeks, I lost 3 lbs. I was really hoping for more, but it is what it is.
I was able to workout from home (DVDs) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (walked in place for Biggest Loser then arm weights), and then went down to the gym Saturday.
I ate on track, thanks to my food diary that is on the website for my Bodybugg, on all the days last week. Just went a little over on Friday because we went out of supper...and I opted for the steak...oops. : )
I really want to work out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and either or both Friday and Saturday. It helps that my mom also lives in the same small town I do, and usually goes down with me, so I have a workout "buddy" and another friend is going to start meeting me down at the gym, too.
I want to work on the "snacking" problem I have. I have switched to my go-to diet secret for snacking...the 10-Calorie Sugar-Free Jell-o packs! I heart them.
How much weight did you lose/gain last week? Not sure about last week, but since last time I weighed myself I am down about 4 pounds! I am so freaking excited!
Anything that prevented you from working out/eating the way you wanted? My neck is still bothering me a little so I have been doing just the elliptical. Eating has been decent, sans PMS cravings.
What are your work-out goals for this week? Get back into the 30DS and hopefully some other workout videos.
Any other goals for the week? Stay away from the ice cream!! I had it twice last week... (again) stupid PMS!

Any other goals for the week? Stick to quitting eating earlier in the evening. Work on better snacks for work.

A10 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination: San Francisco!
I dropped 2 lbs. this past week!
My Tastefully Simple party wasn't as bad as I thought it would be food-wise; I only had a few bites of stuff, but I do have a lot of left over dips and snacks. I'm factoring them in with my points and making sure I don't touch more than one a day until they're gone.
I'm hoping to drop another 2 this week.
Now that I'm back at work I'll be back to my eating habits and I'll be keeping my workout schedule the same. Only issue is the gym close to home is having a tax dispute with the city right now, so until it's resolved the gym is closed. The other location is 2 minutes from work so I may switch my workouts to go after work then walk on the weekends. I'm proud of myself for driving there on my day off yesterday!
Last week I pretty much just maintained - didn't lose anymore. I hope to do better w/ that this week.
Dh and I's love of cooking gets in the way of me eating perfectly! On Friday and Saturday we tried to stick with our diet pretty close, but we probably ate larger portions than necessary and used more cheese than is advised, but we stayed either carb-free or healthy carbs only.
I didn't have to work yesterday so I wasnt on here so I will post today lol
How much weight did you lose/gain last week? I am not sure and not sure I want to know considering I ate terrible and was super lazy last week
