I have a 'shocking' dryer issue
I've never heard of a dryer doing this before and when I talk to other people they look at me like I'm crazy.
My dryer shocks. It shocks you when you touch it. It shocks you when you're putting clothes in. It shocks you you lean to grab something on the shelf above. It shocks all the time.
What could cause this? It's annoying and painful and I'm about ready to take a sledgehammer to it.
Geez, destroying dryers, kicking my old vacuum, I have an issue with cleaning essentials. Or they have an issue with me.
Anyways, any help or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I think that you probably shouldn't use it until you figure it out. You don't want to mess with anything electrical, especially if it is shocking you.
I agree to make sure it is grounded. I would shut the power off to that area and unplug it and reattach everything.
If other things have been in that outlet and have been fine then it is probably your dryer. If other appliances are having a problem then your outlet must be having an issue.
