Snow day!!
And I didn't know...
Apparently they couldn't get their system working so my principal e-mailed us. Ha. Since I woke up and there was nothing on the ground, I assumed we were heading in. Luke got up at 5:20, we laid in bed til 5:40 and then he was hysterical. DH woke up bad and it was a crappy morning.
Then as I'm walking out the door I got a phone call from a co-worker to make sure I knew we didn't have school. Thank God for her. I went took off my make up crawled in bed, DH put Luke back down an hour later and came back to bed and we all got great sleep. Actually, Luke is still sleeping.
Crappy morning turned FANTASTIC! Yippeeee. Keep the snow days coming! I have the bonus of not making them up at the end of the year, hehehe.

Yepppp, same thing over here. Except word is that the principals have already said there's no way we're getting out early... siiiigh!

My boss gave me another snow day, too! But that also may be because I let her know I am experiencing some early labor signs today...

I really wish I had a snow day today, but we're pretty much just getting rain/sleet and my boss HATES closing the office, so the chance was practically nil of getting a day off. At least I got to spend all day ALONE with DH yesterday for the first time in almost a month. Now if only I could speed up the work day clock...

We got out at 12:30, spent the afternoon watching a movie and posting on my classes discussion board to complete my first assignment!
We could have gone all day. I checked outside at 3:00, when all the kids would have been on the bus for 15 minutes and there was about 2 inches on the car and snowing lightly, no wind.
