Sure! I've had a craving for them and this was my first time making them, but it was very easy and they turned out great! I'd definitely take them out aruond 8:00 minutes even if you don't think they're done.
My first pan I left in for 9:30 minutes b/c they didn't look done at 8 and they're harder/not as chewy
The next 2 pans I took out at 8 and they're spectacular!!

I LOVE Snickerdoodles! Thanks for the recipe.
There was a coffee shop back when I was in HS (when we all hung out at coffee shops because we were cool like Kurt Cobain!) and they had a Snickerdoodle coffee on Tuesdays. OMG, it was amazing. It really did taste like a snickerdoodle dipped in coffee!
