Salting Nuts?
Has anyone ever made salted nuts?
My mom bought me 2-2# bags of raw almonds, and we've had them forever (just froze them). I'm thinking I should probably try to salt some and then we'd actually eat them.
Any suggestions on how?

I googled cinnamon and sugar almonds because I always get those at carnivals and fairs. Seemed easy enough to make and SO good
