Morning ladies!
So I'm an idiot and ended up having to return about 2/3 of what I ordered from VS. Trouble is since I made 2 orders, I had to return in 2 orders. Well one was received, but I haven't gotten an email on the other. I hope I don't have issues. Plus I put it all on a visa debit gc from christmas, so hopefully that won't mess stuff up either.
Back to the grind today. One of the new team members should be starting today, I don't think she's started even moving her stuff yet though. The way they transition people around here is a constant issue.

Morning! We got sleet last night and schools are closed around here and it's not even that icy where I live. I made it to work fine, I did leave 20 minutes later though - not that it made a difference, it wasn't even lighter outside.
I've got a long meeting today to work with some other HR people writing a document. Fun stuff. I scheduled it for 10:30 so I would have some time to get in and check email, etc before jumping in to that and I'm glad.

Should be a productive day here since my boss and the other accountant are both working from home today. I have a small project I want to get done that I have been putting off because of the constant interruptions from those two. I love quiet days. I just hope it stays that way.
Morning. We woke up to a crap ton of ice. Unfortunately, work is only delayed and not closed. I'm getting ready to leave.
I had my NT scan at 730 this morning. The u/s tech said everything looked great and the HB was 162. She ventured a guess on the sex but I don't want to say at this point. We scheduled our anatomy scan for March 15th, which is when we'll find out for sure what we're having.

Morning--jumping on quick before the start of a BUSY day. We had a rough night last night-- Dunc was up every three hours like a newborn-- but I know it was because of the tooth and teething... UGH... why can't teeth all just come in at once?I am exhausted.
Not very happy that my alternative assessment/project for my first unit got denied by my supervising principal... it is not rigorous teaching on a high enough level. He would rather see me give a pen/paper test that can be quantified for data purposes. So now I am scrambling to find something else to do and write a test in a day. UGHH. I've done this project for the last 7 years and gotten tons of kudos and feedback from the admin for using multiple intelligences and brain research, but all of a sudden it's not rigorous?

I'm glad your appointment went well this morning! I was wondering what time it was! I can't believe that you might know the sex already! That is so exciting!!
Not much going on here today. We have a baby shower for my co-worker at lunch. I made a diaper cake for it that I'm geeked about. I'll post a pic in a little bit.

I'm definitely not putting all of my eggs in one basket just yet because I know it's still very early on. I'll know in 8 weeks though (hopefully!).
Ugh I'm home from work again today. I got all ready and was almost going to eat breakfast, but I am just exhausted and was dizzy. I haven't eaten too much in the last few days and sleep sucks. So I knew if I went in I would be almost useless. They seemed to understand at work. Heck this is the second time in two years I called in. Yesterday being the first. oh well.

We have all the snow and ice going on, but still had to make the hour drive into work. Bella isn't sick but her lymph glads are swollen in her neck. So the dr put her on antibiotics yesterday for a bacterial infection. Even though she's not sick, I still wish I had been able to stay home just to be with her today.
