Re: Open Question

  • I know it sounds so cliche, but I'd say Italy. Maybe the Florence area? I'm still really determined to get over there.

  • I am torn between Florence Italy....my favorite city in the world.... or a beach in Fiji

  • Costa Rica.  We are determined to become millionaires and own a second home there.  Sunshine.  Rediciously nice people.  Amazing wildlife.  Great coffee.

Can. Not. Wait. to go back...

  • Australia.  DH is from there and I'd really like to see and understand first-hand how he grew up and get to know his family/friends better.

  • DH would say Australia, I'm sure...If there were no limits, I'd go back in time to the Civil War or Colonial time periods...if we're talking it has to be today, I would go Alaska, Russia or somewhere European

  • We have ZERO desire to go to Europe.

Honestly, as incredibly lame as it sounds, I would want to live in Oregon. I live in California, so it's totally possible, but it just seems so beautiful up there. Maybe one day...

  • Japan, Ireland, or NYC again.

I lived in Florence for 5 months when I was in college. It was beautiful but I wouldn't want to live there again. Visit yes, live no.

  • Paris. Without a doubt.  I was actually scoping out neighborhoods while we were there on our honeymoon, and even my husband, (who I think only wanted to go there because I said when we were first dating that I wanted to go there on my honeymoon one day) thinks he could live there.  And I liked Florence well enough, but I wouldn't want to live there.  I could eat there every freaking day though, oh my god.

Stateside, I'd love to live in the DC area. I came thisclose to moving there a few years ago, before I started the job I have now.  My friend lives in Arlington, (in the Clarendon Circle area), and I just love it there.

  • London or Washington, DC.  I love government and politics, so I would want to work.

  • I love the east coast so probably somewhere along there, but seeing all of the snow New England has been getting I might reconsider.

  • If funds were unlimited, NYC, no doubt.

Like Brooke, we had little desire to go to Europe.  I've been to NYC a handful of times and loved it.  DH has never been and I really want to take him as a gift at some point.

There is so much do to, see, eat, drink, and explore there, I absolutely love it!

  • Honestly, I'd go live in the small town in SW Oklahoma where I spent all of my childhood summers.  I love it there.

  • Possibly London. Or Paris. Or Edinburgh. It's tough - I wouldn't drive in London, but I wouldn't want to take the tube everyday, either! It's so dirty.

DH lived in New Zealand for a year. I don't think he'd want to live there again - visit, sure, especially to show me around, but not live.

I love Oregon! DH has never been to OR and I can't wait to take him there.

We would probably stay close to where we are now but move to the country and have a decent amount of land and some cows.

I would like to live somewhere in OK or TX, nice weather, lots of land for sale, and lots of stuff to go and do.
