If I'm trying to be healthy, we get Al's Veggie, light on the cheese.
If I'm not and I want good pizza, we get Chicago Pizza Deep Dish with green peppers and mushrooms.
Honorable mention goes to Mellow Mushroom, they've got awesome specialty pizzas, but there isn't one close and Al's and Chicago Pizza are a mile from our house.
If I want something authentic, I go down to Pizza Time in St. Aug and get a slice, but I hate going down to St. George St.
Restaurant - Al's, Mellow Mushroom and this crappy, hole in the wall place by our house Milano's.
Delivery - Dominos
I think we may live by eachother. Beach/Kernan? We've always wondered if Milano's was any good & we've been meaning to go there since they moved to their new spot in the strip. We like Castillo de Mexico next door. (Not for pizza obviously.)
Yeah, we're Atlantic and Kernan. We actually went to Milano's a ton in college (H and I both went to UNF) and started going again recently. I forgot how greasy and delicious the pizza is there!
I lived on campus my freshman year and whenever my dad had business out that way he'd pick me up and we'd get dinner at Milano's. I love their calzones. They're the only place I've been able to find that will do mostly ricotta and very little mozzarella. Yum!
ETA: Btw Ashlee, thanks a lot. I'm now starving and all I want is pizza but I'm trying to be good.
LB: We're in Kernan Chase, so I guess we're just a few miles south of you.
Thanks ladies. DH will definitely have to check it out now! And I ditto Lucky's thanks to Ashlee. The sandwich I have packed now seems very boring.

Surely none of you have been to Moon River... oh man. That pizza is killer.
I forgot about that place. Love it!
The pizza there has always been hit or miss for me...not consistent enough for me to list as a "must go" - but I adore their gorgonzolla salad.
