lol, i'm sorry! eek!
i have to space my food out throughout the day. so for the next few hours i have an apple, a banana, a strawberry greek yogurt, some plain cheerios and some trail mix.
I've been trying to do this as well the last few weeks. Oatmeal at 10, orange at 11:30, sandiwch at 1, almonds at 3, etc. I've kind of found that if I eat every two hours I'm much less likely to binge on cookies or something else when 3 or 4 rolls around.
Same lunchtime problem going on over here. I have a turkey sandwhich on a bagel thin & an apple packed for lunch. I'm also a habitual small meal grazer. I eat every 2 1/2-3 hours.
I've got nachos
I grabbed some of the blue corn chips in our pantry, leftover taco shredded chicken, black bean & corn salsa, lettuce & cheese. Yummmmmmmmy.
White Chicken Chili leftover from dinner last night. I just had triscuits and laughing cow cheese.
I am craving sweets!
Please tell me this isn't exactly what it sounds like - microwaved fish. Please.
If it is, please tell me you aren't in an office with other people.
