I'm having a pork chop with Tastefully Simple's Tangy Tennessee sauce (so yummy) over egg noodles with a pear.

If I get around to it, I'll be cooking some chicken and having a salad. Lettuce needs to be eaten since the last few times I've gotten it, I forgot about it. Boo.
We'll be having burgers again for dinner though (leftovers from last night)
I had a salad with chopped red pepper, pistachios and dried cranberries. with a blood orange vinaigrette=YUM.
