crockpot chicken recipe help?
Ok, so I am home working again, I'm thinking of throwing something in the crockpot to cook all day. Of course, I am like 1 item off basically all the recipes that sound good.
I was thinking chicken/black beans/corn/salsa/cheese...alas, I have no black beans. I only have kidney beans. Then I thought chicken chili. But again, don't have a lot of the ingredients for it.
I have broccoli cheddar soup healthy request. Do you think that, chicken, rice, and LF cheddar cheese would be good? When do I put the rice in? And I think I only have the 10 minute brown rice.
Or should I just ditch trying this today....? Or do you have a recipe?

Re: crockpot chicken recipe help?
Can you use this to work off of?
Ingredients
Directions
Thanks, Melissa...
I only have 1 can of broccoli cheddar soup.
Nothing else. I could use milk I guess.
This could be a disaster.
If it were me, I'd make the chicken/beans/corn/salsa/cheese with kidney beans.
However, I love chicken/broccoli/cheese/rice. If you only have 10 minute rice, I'd cook everything else first, then just add the rice when it's done.
