I'm ww impaired. Help me log my lunch
I packed a nice healthy lunch for myself today of baked chicken and squash and kale. And then my friend asked me to meet her at Willys(burrito place). I've googled for their nutritional info, and it's not available. I had a burrito bowl with rice, black beans, peppers & onions, cheese, pico, lettuce and cucumbers. No meat and no chips. How many points should I count this as?
This is the hardest part about the new points. I have no idea how to estimate them. I'd rather guess and log something I'm not sure about then just not log at all. If I skip logging then I don't know how many weekly points I have left, and it makes me less motivated to log for the entire week.

How much rice do you think was in there? What about the beans and cheese?
I think the rest is free, but with stuff like that I usually tack a few extra points on just in case.
I've done that before to get my measurements a little closer to accurate, too.
I bet her FUPA's name is Shane, like the gunslinger/drifter of literature.--HappyTummy
You can try using this. it may not be completely accurate but it may get you close.
