When DH told me about it, I started to cry. When I read the story I cried even more. What a sad thing to happen to the boy, and what a way for a corporation to step up and "do the right thing". I've always liked Southwest....

I'm glad there are still people that have kindness in their heart, enough to do something like that.
It's a sad story though
( . Great that he was able to see his grandson, but still sad that a little boy died.
Again though, it's stories like these (about random acts of kindness) that should make the new more often!
