s/o kitchen appliances and tragic loss
so most of the stuff we got for our bridal shower/wedding was still boxed in the basement until we moved into this house. so yay for all new stuff! but we've used the toaster oven 2x and the knob doesn't work anymore (just spins around). do you think BBB will take it back? no receipt, no box and almost 2 years later? they DID exchange the platter from our dish set (it was chipped when we took it out of the box). hmmm....
Re: s/o kitchen appliances and tragic loss
This is terrible, but if ALL else fails, buy the exact same item and when you get home put the broken one in the box and return it and say the handle was broken when you opened the box
We did this with a microwave we bought from walmart one time.
::gasp::
This is sneaky! I like it!
The Sand in My Snow Boots
Didn't think of that, I had a few things that still haven't been used from the wedding, I opened a vase about a month ago and it was broken. Wish I would've thought of that
