Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Paint the soffit?
so my friend is painting her kitchen and asked if she should paint the soffit (between top of cabinets and ceiling). the walls look chocolate brown, ceiling (and currently the soffit) are white.
i think no... thoughts?
if i had a fancy phone like most of you i could post the pictures, lol. bummer.

We painted above the cabinets in our kitchen. You can see it in the pictures on Facebook. I don't think I've ever seen it not done.
I think this would look nice, especially a shade lighter if the walls are already a dark color like chocolate brown.
