AW: What a difference 11 yrs makes
Pic of DH and I the day we started dating (age 13)

To the day we were wed, exactly 11 years later:

Not too different? Just matured?
(Side note: DH still has that polo, haha!)
Re: AW: What a difference 11 yrs makes
awwww
that's a really sweet thing to be able to share!
And LOL on DH having the same polo still... Jeff had shirts from high school when I moved in.... they LOVE hanging onto old clothing!
When I was little I always dreamed of marrying my high school sweetheart. It's so cute that you guys have all of those memories for forever.
Also, like your DH, I have a lot of clothes from when I was young still. I still wear a St. James Phys Ed shirt to sleep in sometimes, that I got in the 5th grade!
Missing our little turkey.
Estimated Due Date 11/13/12 | Natural Miscarriage 4/17/12

Not only that, you're SO lucky you were pretty at age 13. I was, in the words of my dad, an "ugly duckling" (in the sense that I grew into a "swan")
DH has clothes that make me go wow, hey there age difference!
Then again, I still have my 8th grade promotion dress (which I also wore under my high school graduation robe).
I love how all the girls' hair matches! I assume this was planned? I so remember doing that style, too!
Are you still friends with them? Were they in your wedding party?
This! Ross and I met when we were 15/16, and drifted apart (two kids that lived two hours apart pre-cell phone/free long distance calls). He dated a girl named Nicole for 5 years. She's bat sh!t crazy, and was emotionally abusive. And that witch has all the memories of Ross becoming the man he is, that I'll never have.
And I finally talked Ross into retiring one of his dad's old shirts from before Ross was born. It's a UCC conference shirt from like 1979ish. It was too thin to wear without the fear it would tear. You know how clothing companies do that really thin "burn out" technique on shirts to make them almost see through? Yeah, like that, but from 1000 washes.

I'm going to focus on the fact that you two are seriously adorable, and not on the fact that I am OLD.
And Alan has a t-shirt from high school football camp, almost 20 years ago. He loves it, and I think it's a rag. At least he's smart enough to not wear it outside of the apartment, though he knows I'd kill him.
Aw, thanks for the pretty compliment Brooke! I personally don't agree, but that's sweet of you to say!
Haha, and yea, that was definitely the "it" hair style.
Sadly enough, I'm not really close friends with any of the people in the picture but DH. The girl right next to me was a close friend throughout HS and we still hang out when at home, but only in passing through mutual friends. She actually got engaged at Thanksgiving. Lol, and now that I think about it, the other girl got engaged in 2010 also!! WEIRD!
