What are you going to be for Halloween?!
H and I just signed up to run the Dublin Marathon 10/31/11! So I guess we're going to be... tired!
I'm so, so, so out of shape, that I needed a goal. It's been, no kidding, 10yrs (and I won't say how many lbs) since I've run a marathon and this is H's first, so wish us luck! We'll need it. Also, Shame Posts, asking about my/our training, will be appreciated too
!

Thanks guys! You're the best!
And, God no, I'm not planning anything past next week
! Heck, I just took down the Xmas tree this weekend
Shmoozer-- I'm using a 26wk plan for beginners-- basically 2miles 3x/wk for the first 3wks, then a gradual build w/ a few long runs (12, 14, and 18). http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/marathon-training-schedule.html
I've got a bit longer than 26wks, but really do need to start now, so I don't overdo it or get injured. I'm really building up from virtually 0 at this point. My goal's like 5hrs, so we're not talking record breaking or anything
