Re: yoga recs in western metro
OK since nobody is responding I took a Yoga Class in Plymouth, off highway 55. No memory of what it's called, but the woman who created it is AMAZING... she was severely obese, infertile, struggled for over a decade, til she took one Yoga class out of desperation.
She lost TONS of weight, got pregnant, and is now a rockstar motivator and yoga center leader.
I took Ashtunga Yoga there. "power yoga", lots of sweating as you constantly are moving... (not sweaty like the other kind were you're in a super hot room.)
I've been going to Good Life Yoga in Deephaven for about 2 years now and I LOVE it! The teachers are fantastic. I definitely recommend it!
