Preschool recs?
Anyone have any rec's for preschools in the Cranston/Johnston/Warwick area? We are looking to send our daughter next fall. We are looking at 2-3 days.
If you have rates that would be great too.

Thanks for posting - we are looking in Cranston/Warwick as well.
We'll be looking into Little Shepherd (my oldest daughter went there), and possibly the Kent County Y Pre-school. I don't remember what the rates are unfortunately. We're not set on either of these, so I'd like other recommendations too.
i'm going to be looking at Discovery Years and Buttonwoods Preschool (that one is in a small church - not sure if that is the exact name).

Little Shepherd - it's across from Seabra on Pontiac Ave.
Candy Cane is 225/month for 2 days a week. 9-11:30
it is 295/month for 3 days a week, I am assuming the same hours.
That seems a little high but I haven't really researched.
When I called little shepherd a few months ago they had a waiting list for the am preschool
My son goes to St. Peter's in Warwick, right outside of Pawtuxet Village. It's a great school....

I loved Precious Angels Childcare (behind Bugaboo) in Warwick. I think they were expensive though.... ? Check them out. The facility is great!
I just went to an open house at Romerry School in Warwick (near the Warwick Mall.. over by Nylo). I loved the teacher. I think I am going to send her there.. we'll see. They were 80.00 for 2 days per week 9-3 - the tuition rates are on the website. She also stated that if she were to miss a day one week, they wouldn't mind her making it up the next. I really got a possitive feeling about the joint..lol
