My sister is getting married in May and she wanted a cute cake topper of either lobsters or birds, but the etsy toppers are a little out of her price range. So I made her a cake topper (We went with the birds because her fiance's nickname for her has always been "the Bird" idky)

I haven't really been able to miss it because my BFF is getting married in April and I'm her Matron of honor so I been busy planning the shower and bach party and my big sister is getting married in May, so its been steady wedding talk lately.
I love doing DIY projects so I'm glad I've had an outlet. I'm making a quilt for my BFF to use as her guestbook. We did a quilt wall hanging as our guestbook and had our guests sign the back and I love it and evidently so did she...
They are so cute! And I also do miss wedding planning....glad I am not alone

Jen: Never again would I want to plan another wedding! But I do agree I like to hear other peoples plans and ideas, as long as it isn't up to me to make the final decision. (H was very indifferent about everything, he would say, 'whatever you want' or 'if that makes you happy', cute but gets old fast!)
The birds are supper cute and creative! Great Job!
Those are super adorable!!! I wanted something like them made with cats for our cake topper originally but they were just too expensive on etsy imo. Great job!
