For those of you with Trader Joes in your area, their frozen butter chicken and basmati rice is pretty good (and not awful on points for WW folks, either).

Okla, butter chicken was my first introduction to indian food. You MUST try it, order it with garlic Naan bread and you will be in heaven, guy.
This thread makes me miss my favorite Indian restaurant in Seattle. They made an awesome butter chicken. We have yet to find one as good here.
I love butter chicken. unfortunately when I got stomach flu, that was the last thing I had eaten.
