Molly met her SW this afternoon
She's still doing well physically. She has a Dr. appt tomorrow. She's still on board with the adoption at this point.
She still wants us at the hospital when the baby is born, and is alright with us spending as much time as possible at the hospital, but our Social Worker has advised us not to stay too long. Molly is also on board with us feeding the baby while we're there. She does not want the birth father or his family there, so we'll be scheduling a meeting with them after all the papers are signed so they can meet the baby.
She also said that she would like visitation twice per year, which we're on board with. We will probably also offer the birth father visitation if he'd like it. This would be arranged by the agency and held at the agency until Jimmy and I are more comfortable with them.
Jimmy is stopping by the agency this evening to pick up ultrasound pictures, so I'll post them tomorrow. I hope she looks like a chipolte.

So, please excuse my ignorance. Will Molly interact with the baby while they are in the hospital? Will she be doing the feedings and skin time and all of that jazz? Since you are doing an open adoption, I would assume she won't just pop the kid out and hand him over (a la Always Sunny in Philidelphia - I could go for a beer - type situation).
